1. Check-In & Check-Out
Check-In: From 2:00 PM. Please present a valid ID or Passport upon arrival.
Check-Out: By 11:00 AM. Late check-out may be available upon request and may involve an extra charge.
2. Booking & Payment
A valid credit card or deposit is required to confirm your stay.
Full payment is due upon check-in or as per your specific booking rate.
We accept cash (TZS/USD) and major credit cards.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 48 hours before arrival are free of charge.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival, or “No Shows,” will be charged for the first night.
4. Quiet Hours & Environment
To maintain our peaceful and calm environment, we observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Please respect the green spaces and gardens of the residence.
5. Smoking & Pets
Smoking: All indoor rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas.
Pets: We love animals, but pets are not allowed unless specifically agreed upon in writing before arrival.
6. Damages & Liability
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay.
The hotel is not responsible for the loss of personal items. Please use the in-room safes (if available) for valuables.
7. Guest Conduct
We reserve the right to ask guests to leave if they are disruptive or violate these terms, without a refund.
